Hello parents of Leesville Road High School sophomores,

As a part of their “Graduation Project” requirement, every sophomore has now been assigned a faculty “Graduation Project” advisor.  This advisor will work with the student until the project is complete. The advisor selection process included a 9-day opportunity for each sophomore to ask a teacher to serve as his/her advisor. This 9-day period was followed by a random assignment process to assign faculty advisors to students who did not select their own faculty advisor. While regularly-scheduled sessions with a student and his/her advisor will not begin until August of 2008, please encourage your son/daughter to introduce himself/herself to his/her faculty advisor before the conclusion of this school year. If for some reason your son or daughter did not receive an advisor, please contact Mary Propes (the LRHS Graduation Project Coordinator) at mpropes@wcpss.net .
