College – Career – Military Visitation Calendar – (March – June 2009)

Things to remember for seniors:

Make appointment in Student Services for colleges and employers visiting LRHS, see www.LRHS.org - Career Center website for deadlines.
All seniors need to make an appointment with Ms. Humphrey, Financial Aid Counselor to complete their FAFSA or Financial Aid forms. Ms. Humphrey is only at LRHS on Thursdays.
Students will receive passes the day of the college/university/business visit.

3/24/2009	11:00-12:30	WAKE TECH. COMMUNITY COLLEGE (on-site visit =no application fee)
		Students will need to: (1) Go to Student Services and Sign Up in Notebook (on top of filing cabinet). (2) Complete WTCC (paper) application = http://forms.waketech.edu/ss/admissionsapplication.pdf and give to Mrs. Canada by March 20 th . (3) Request Transcript in Student Services by March 20th .
3/25/2009	8:45-9:45	UNC-PEMBROKE (on-site visit=application fee waived (MUST HAVE AT LEAST A GPA=2.2 WEIGHTED, AND SAT: 820 ON READING , 820 ON MATH)

		Students will need to: (1) Go to Student Services and Sign Up in Notebook (on top of filing cabinet), (2) Complete UNC-Pembroke (paper) application = http://www.uncp.edu/admissions/undergraduate/pdf/application.pdf and give to Mrs. Canada by March 20 th . (3) Request Transcript in Student Services by March 20th .

(2) Complete Peace College (paper) application and give to Mrs. Canada by March 27 th . *Paper applications in Student Services filing cabinet. (3) Request Transcript in Student Services by March 27th

		(1) Go to Student Services and Sign Up for Appointment, in Notebook (on top of filing cabinet) by 4/17/2009 . (2) Meet Mrs. Canada at the WTCC Main Campus Student Services Building . (3) We will not go to WTCC as a group. Students are responsible for their own transportation to WTCC. (4) SRS. ONLY - Student Services Building Conference Center on Main Campus, 9101 Fayetteville Road , (US 401 South) Raleigh
